Project: Repairs, decoration and carpet renewal to common parts, plus concierge area refurbishment

Owing to funding restrictions, the project was split into two phases, with the common parts being completed in 2016 and the concierge area commencing in 2017.

Inigo Contract Services Ltd provided key advice on the selection of materials, particularly carpets and paints for the main corridors which totalled in excess of 1000m2 floor area.

We also provided designs for the new concierge area to help deliver an end product to the satisfaction of residents and staff alike.

Phase 1 was completed two weeks ahead of schedule. Phase 2 was completed with minimal disruption to the 187 flats, despite space and logistical restrictions on site.
